In a world in which there are disruptive changes, often occurring simultaneously, the demands on developing strategy change radically. Some form of futures thinking is even more urgent but traditional methods, such as scenario planning, are becoming too cumbersome and expensive for rapid response to turbulent times.
Decision Integrity offer a new approach to strategy development involving collaborative issue mapping, testing integrity and resilience with the IFF World Model and strategy creation using the three horizons methodology This can be delivered in a short intensive facilitated project, cutting costs and maximising quality of thinking.
SYSTEM TRANSFORMATION
An honest appraisal of many situations we are faced with reveals that the complexity and rate of change we are having to deal with is far greater than our traditional response capacity. One major reason for this is that the linear models and methods that have previously brought us success no longer match the behaviour of a highly interconnected world. What is needed is in depth systems thinking. This is a capability missing in our current approaches.
Decision Integrity offer project support which introduces appropriate systems thinking methods grounded in the real world challenges in such a way that transmits essential skills.
INTERDISCIPLINARY DESIGN
Design is no longer a discipline for limited application to products or services, but relates to a wide range of real world problems and big challenges. To tackle these well we need collaborative work between disciplines carried out in a way that encourages the necessary creative breakthroughs.
Decision Integrity has developed original techniques of visual facilitation (including hexintegrationTM) that facilitate collaborative design. These incorporate the IFF World Model as a real world contexting device and geometrically based communication methods that ensure that all angles in a design project are covered and incorporated ahead of implementation.
In addition to its research programme, Decision Integrity offers three broad areas of service to corporate and public sector clients. In each of these areas prospective clients have a choice of an induction or taster event in the form of a workshop, a custom designed consulting project or a training programme in the fundamentals of the approaches.
