3 Wisdom Council

To gain the maximum holistic understanding it is crucial for there to be an evocation of collective intelligence.  

Collective intelligence requires a different meeting procedure from usual management meetings. The format of this stage is closer to the method of wisdom councils in other cultures. The group form a circle and engage in a procedure that not only shares ideas but creates new more powerful ideas out of the combinations. This is called generative thinking. This may occur as a final stage of the workshop but is often better carried out after a reflection gap as a seperate meeting.
