It is perhaps easier to consider the meaning of decision integrity by looking at its opposites. Clearly, indecision is associated with neglect, procrastination and and not facing up to issues. Absence of integrity is associates with corruption, mismanagement and failure to apply wisdom.
Integrity is a word which combines two basic ideas. Firstly, integration: it is a view of the world which acknowledges that things are deeply interconnected and that nothing less than a holistic approach is required to avoid the errors of linear thinking. Secondly, the word implies values as in the sense of a person with integrity. Decision integrity, then, is the ability to make decisions in a wise context that views the whole and is consistent with a set of explicit values.

Having spent nearly fifty years researching and working around both sides of the equation, fact and value, my aim through the researches and consultations of Decision Integrity Limited, is to foster interest in and facilitate ability on those areas that I have come to see are needed.
This is research because we do not have many of the answers yet. I see this as some
generations of human evolution. It is consultation because we perhaps do not have
the time to work it all out and need to address an escalation of crisis in the world.
